My Show Circuit

As October approaches, I'm reminded that my regular year-end modeling events are coming up, the NNL Nationals in Sylvania, Ohio, and the Motor City NNL here in the Detroit area.  I started this year with entries in the Detroit Autorama contest in March and the DAAM club's Motor City Madness contest in April.  This being an odd-numbered year, I also went out to Salt Lake City for GSL XXIV.  Those are my regular events, and I also tried out an IPMS contest up in Bay City in February.  Combined with club meetings, I've stayed pretty active in modeling, not just building, but interacting with other modelers.  I hope to take in some new events next year, maybe down south or in the midwest.  If I do, I sure hope to meet some of my Calnaga customer friends face to face, and you can tell me about your own show circuit.
